📄 PAYMENT POLICY

✔ Advance Payment:

• 30% of the total package cost required at the time of booking.

✔ Before Travel:

• 40% of the payment must be made 7 days before the travel date.

✔ On Arrival / Start of Trip:

• Remaining 30% to be paid at the time of arrival or trip start.

✔ Payment Modes:

• UPI / Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS / Cash

• All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.

📄 CANCELLATION POLICY

✔ Cancellation 30 Days Before Travel:

• 10% cancellation charges of total package cost.

✔ Cancellation 15–29 Days Before Travel:

• 25% cancellation charges.

✔ Cancellation 7–14 Days Before Travel:

• 50% cancellation charges.

✔ Cancellation 0–6 Days Before Travel / No Show:

• 100% cancellation charges.

✔ Flight/Train Cancellation:

• As per airline or railway rules.

✔ Refund Timeline:

• Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation.
